Lacelle and Evanchuck life partners and creative folks show the beautiful colours and natural life along the shores of the Rideau RIver from Ottawa south to Sandy Hill combining
original photographs with traditional painting techniques to produce some really marvellous images of nature.

Lacelle (NEON MATISSE ) combines her extensive lifelong experience in art-making with modern photoSHOP software to enhance the photographs of Evanchuck. After numerous awards, shows, she was acclaimed the NEON MATISSE
of Canada - a name that has stuck with her and that she blogs from - neonmatisse.blogspot.ca

'SPRING HAS SPRUNG' at THE LIFE of PIE


SPRINGhasSPRUNG' a new LIFEofPIE art show by LACELLE&EVANCHUCK

Ottawa winter's can be much too long and this one is no exception so Helene Lacelle and Peter Evanchuck made images from summer's languid, colourful days as a reminded to all that this beauty will return sooner than later -  'Spring will Sprung'

The reader is reminded that these images are in the LOO not the LOUVRE. So before you drink your cafe au lait and scones drop into the LOO and check our these local beauties.

Lacelle and Evanchuck has been showing 'in the LOO' at Life of Pie for 2 years and, in a way, are resident Loo artists.
